2년 뒤 철거를 앞둔 오래된 건물을 배경으로 열린 이번 전시는, 사라져가는 공간 속에서 로컬과 헤리티지의 의미를 다시 바라보고자 했습니다.

무형문화재와 현대 작가들의 작업이 함께 소개된 이번 전시는 각 지역의 역사와 생활문화 속에서 형성된 공예의 가치를 조명하며, 오늘의 삶 속에서 이어지는 로컬 헤리티지의 의미를 탐색했습니다.

납청유기는 세대를 거쳐 이어져 온 방짜유기의 제작기술과 생활 기물을 선보이며, 공예가 삶과 함께 축적되어 온 시간의 기록임을 보여주었습니다.

Set within an aging building scheduled for demolition in two years, the exhibition reflected on the meaning of locality and heritage within a space facing its own impermanence.

Bringing together works by Intangible Cultural Heritage artisans and contemporary makers, it explored how craft is shaped by regional histories, everyday life, and cultural memory.

Napcheong presented Bangjja Yugi vessels alongside the generations of craftsmanship behind them, reflecting how traditional skills continue to carry the stories and rhythms of daily life across time.
