2년 뒤 철거 예정인, 여덟 계절의 유통기한을 가지게 된 낡고 오래된 건물에 윤현상재는 로컬을 전통공예, 헤리티지(Heritage)로 해석하며 각 지역의 헤리티지를 담은 라이프 스타일 숍을 기획한다. 현대의 숍(Shop)은 단순히 물건을 파는 장소를 넘어 고 객에게 브랜드가 추구하는 메시지를 전하는 메신저의 역할을 한다. 다양한 로컬을 배경으로 의식주의 재료를 큐레이션 한 이번 전시에서 무형문화재와 현대 작가들의 작품을 통해 우리의 삶을 대변하는 공예의 가치가 전달되기를 바란다.

삶의 현장인 로컬에서 오랜 시간을 거쳐 형성된 공예의 이야기를 Space B-E에서 만나보세요. 지역의 전통을 이어오는 무형문화재 선생님들부터 전통을 현대적으로 재해석하는 작가님들이 만든 로컬 헤리티지를 관람하 며, 삶과 공예의 아름다움을 경험하시길 바랍니다.

As part of EXP_8 Seasons, a project exploring locality and heritage through contemporary lifestyles, Local Heritagebrought together works by Intangible Cultural Heritage artisans and contemporary makers.

The exhibition explored how regional traditions and craftsmanship continue to shape everyday life, presenting craft as a living expression of local culture and identity.

Through objects rooted in different regions and histories, visitors were invited to experience the enduring relationship between craft, place, and daily life.
